1.    Are there any standard or optional accessories? If so, please explain.

• Each handset is equipped with two antennas. One antenna is longer to maximize range. The other antenna is shorter for convenience.
• There is an optional outdoor antenna with a 60-foot (20-meter) cable, which connects to the base unit. This antenna can be mounted on the roof to overcome obstacles and maximize performance.
• Each handset is equipped with two battery packs. One is for use in the handset while the other is a spare that can be charged in 90 minutes in the fast charger compartment.
• Each handset is equipped with a leather carrying case and belt clip.

• Long Range – The product was tested by Wyle Laboratories (Job No. 41723), an independent range testing facility, and achieves a range of up to 5 miles in an open field environment and up to 11 floors of in-building penetration. This range provides mobility to the user in their environment.
• Digital Two-Way Radio – Any two handsets can be used as two-way radios completely independent of the base unit. In addition, it is full duplex, which means that you can talk and listen at the same time, just like talking on the telephone. The conversation is totally private. No group chatter and no eavesdropping. This feature allows the users to communicate while in remote areas outside of normal telephone communications.
• Expandable System –The system can grow with the customer’s needs. Each base unit can support up to nine handsets. In addition, a handset can register to up to 4 base units with separate telephone numbers in different locations; or, the same telephone line but different telephone jacks in different locations. A full system configuration can be as large as 4 base units and 36 handsets.
• Digital Security – Digital security means that all conversations are totally private. Using military-designed technology, the communications channel hops to different frequencies more than 200 times per second, ensuring privacy.
• Fast battery charging – Fast battery charging means that your talk time never expires with the 90 minute spare battery recharge. Each handset comes with two battery packs so that one battery pack can always be ready to go when you are.

3. How the product is used? When? Where?

• This product is targeted to the small office / home office where users need mobility, long range and two-way radio capability in a single product. The EnGenius SN-900 Ultra Industrial Cordless Phone System is both a long-range cordless telephone and two-way radio in a single product.
• This can reduce the number of missed calls while providing mobility and two-way radio communications even when outside of the range of the base unit.

4. Is there any existing warranty information or repair policies not listed above or provided on specification sheets? (I.e., warranty length, added warranty repair costs, out of warranty repairs).

• All warranty information is listed on the warranty card inside the product gift box.
• In the case of product failure:  Call the UniversPhone Customer Service (UCS) line to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
• If the failed unit or product is not covered by the Warranty, or if the Warranty has expired, the UniversPhone Customer Service will obtain payment information from the customer. All non-warranty repairs will be charged a flat fee of US$69.00, plus applicable taxes.
• UniversPhone Customer Service will advise the customer with a shipping address in order to return the faulty unit. Customers need to include the RMA number, a receipt or proof of purchase with the purchasing date, and a return address.
• UniversPhone Customer Service will notify the Customer of the expected return date. When the repair is complete, UniversPhone Customer Service returns the repaired unit.
